Yoga is a great way to reduce belly fat and tone the abdominal muscles. Here are 10 effective yogasanas that can help women reduce belly fat:


Navasana (Boat Pose): This pose strengthens the abdominal muscles and tones the core. Sit on the floor, lift your feet off the ground, and balance on your buttocks. Stretch your arms parallel to the floor.


Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose): This pose helps strengthen the core and tone the abdominal muscles. Lie on your stomach with your hands on the floor near your shoulders. Push up with your arms, keeping your elbows close to your body, and arch your back.


Dhanurasana (Bow Pose): This pose stretches the entire body and strengthens the abdominal muscles. Lie on your stomach with your arms and legs stretched out. Lift your chest and legs off the ground, and hold onto your ankles.
