Successful New Year Resolution

It is very easy to make a new year resolution, but difficult to maintain it till the end . today I will guide you on how to achieve your goal or complete your resolution in a step by step method. We even give you practical guidance through out the year if you wish to have so.

So let's follow the steps and achieve success in year 2021, and make all our dreams come true.

1. Big dream:

Bold goals are compelling. Want to compete in a marathon? 10 kgs or just enough to fit in the clothes you once loved? You can do this with perseverance, encouragement and support. A good goal often inspires others around you. Many people will make you happy. Some will be happy to help in practical ways, such as training you or helping you complete your goal up your time.

2. Mode the big dreams in small steps:

Now think small. Short steps lead you to your ultimate goal. See exact bets. Reaching just the first step can boost your confidence - and succeed - more difficult tasks. Don’t hate simple choices. If you start each plan with a "make list" you are guaranteed to close a box quickly. This is not a joke: a study conducted on loyalty programs aimed at motivating customers has repeatedly encouraged businesses to give people two free punches on a buyer card. So leave the job in small items and enjoy the breeze from the simple tasks first.

3. Understand why you shouldn’t make changes:

That's right. Unless you understand why you are sticking to old habits and routines by mistake, it is difficult to accumulate enough energy and turn to change. Healthy behaviors such as eating, drinking, and smoking include quick, enjoyable pay as well as expenses. So, when you are thinking of a change, take the time to think about it. You increase your chances of success when you keep a balance of place and minute tips to make accepting new behaviors more appealing than standing up. It helps a lot to engage in the pleasurable aspects of an unhealthy nature without resorting to cheap treats. For example, if you like to take a break while smoking, take a break and enjoy it, but find a better way to do it. Otherwise, you are working against the headwind and are less likely to have lasting success.

4. Be Committed to Yourself:

Commit yourself. Hold yourself accountable through written or verbal assurances to people you don’t want to disappoint. This will encourage you to shout from the hard spots. You can give less public promises to your spouse or child, teacher, doctor, boss or friends. Need more support? Post your word on social media.

5. Give yourself a medal:

Don’t wait until you hit the last mile of your big dream marathon or call yourself a winner without losing every unwanted weight. Changes in health are often increasing. Encourage yourself to take a break by acknowledging success as you take small and big steps toward a goal. Blow your favorite tune every time you reach small steps. Get a pat on the back from your coach or partner. Tell family and friends to encourage you. Find an online support group or announce your success on social media if you are comfortable with it.

6. Learn from the past:

If you ever fail to make a change, consider taking a step towards your goal. then ask yourself why? Because every sincere effort represents a lesson learned. Take a moment to think about what worked and what didn’t work when you snapped. Maybe you accepted a bigger challenge? If so, move on to less ambitious challenges or break through the larger stages. Working down to 10 minutes in a row for exercise, if you never work on busy days, break it down by aiming for three 10-minute walks - one before work, one at lunch, one after work - or 20 minutes at lunch - 10 minutes of walking, climbing stairs and jumping rope. Or a mix of similar activities slipped into your TV schedule.

7. Thank you for what you do:

Forget perfection. Set your vision on completing a marathon, rather than running. If you compete to finish, you will be a winner even if you run as fast as you can. With exercise - and many of the other goals we set - you will still benefit if you do less than you want to. No activity is always better than any. If your goal for Tuesday is a 30-minute workout in the gym, but you twist in just 10 minutes, be thankful for that. That's enough. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
