How should Aarti be performed to get benefits out of it.

Why should the Aarti plate be moved clockwise in front of the deity?

As the earth moves clockwise, the atmospheric frequencies do not resist the movement of the burning lamp.

Aarti should be sung with the sentiment 'God is standing in front of me and I am calling on Him'.

When Aarti is sung for God, the more the emotion increases, the more Aarti will be enriched by Bhava and Sattva. Such an aarti will soon reach the Lord. Thus the singers of Aarti benefit from this. The larger the collective mood of the group chanting Aarti, the greater the limit and duration of preserving the frequency of the deities' consciousness in the atmosphere. This reduces the discomfort caused by negative energy and gives the benefit of consciousness. Every tangible soul should try to do Aarti with emotion. These substances mainly form vibrations (which stop the transmission of disturbing frequencies from the negative micro-regions) to the ground; similarly, the tangible soul of the perverter benefits the most from consciousness. Thus during Aarti subtle bodies are purified and resulted in their rapid spiritual evolution.

Why should a complete circle be placed in front of the deity while placing the Aarti dish in front of the deity?

Ans: While performing Aarti, this lamp should be lit in front of the temple using five wicks (also called Pancharati) lamp. This results in the rapid circular motion of the sattva frequencies emitted by the flame of the lamp. These cream frequencies are gradually converted to leave frequencies. They look like waves in the water. A protective shield of this frequency (the one offering the reservation) is formed around the embodiment of the worshiper offering the Aarti and is known as the 'Tarang Kavach' (Suraksha Kavach). The longer the spiritual feeling of the devotee offering Aarti, the longer this armor lasts. As its essence increases, it is able to absorb more divine frequencies from the universe. This increases his spirituality and he perceives the reflection of his soul as the blue light in front of him (also known as the self-point) (atma bindu) and a wave of the king frequency emanating from this self-point.

Why shouldn't an Aarti dish be waved above the head of a deity?

The Aarti dish should not be waved above the head of the deity, but should be moved from the 'Anahat' (heart chakra) to the 'Agneya Chakra' (Ajna Chakra) of the deity. Due to the influence of the king frequency arising from the aarti, friction with the sattva particles develops in the happy versions related to the invisible divine principle (emanating from the head of the deity). As a result, they can split before they are transmitted. That is why the Aarti dish should not be placed on the head of the deity. Thus, the high-velocity frequency emitted from the adnya chakra and the properties of the deities are supplemented by the king frequency emanating from the Aarti lamp. This enables them to circulate effectively in the atmosphere, which builds protective armor around the worshipers, and destroys the rajo guna and tamo guna in the atmosphere.
