Finger Holding Therapy.

Finger Holding Therapy.

Our body consists of five elements. The five fingers represent five elements.

Five elements are:

Finger Element

Thumb Fire /Sun Agni

Index finger Wind/Air Vayu

Middle finger Sky/Space Aakash

Ring finger Earth Prithvi

Little finger Water Jal

By holding each finger you can control these elements and also cure many diseases. Finger holding technique is also known as Jin Shin Jyutsu. In this technique, holding one finger is called a “Quickie”. Jin Shin Jyutsu is a 5,000-year-old Japanese healing art based upon holistic healing approaches which emphasize healing the whole body as supposed to just a section. With this it is possible to heal your inner body and improve your mental health just by holding your fingers.

This claims founds to be unrealistic, but research has shown that this is real. The University of Kentucky Markey Cancer centre, has showed that cancer patients who were treated with Jin Shin Jyutsu “received statistically significant improvement” in regards to their stress, pain, and nausea. Furthermore, the centre found that those patients whose pain and nausea scores improved the most were patients who underwent this holistic therapy for a longer period of time.

This is not the only example. A Study conducted by the Kaiser Permanente Northwest Centre for Health Research had performed Jin Shin Jyutsu on a patient afflicted with multiple myeloma.

Jin Shin Jyutsu works because all our body parts are connected to one another. When one part of your body falls ill, it hurts the entire body and not just the affected part. Our hands are actually connected to emotions and organs. By holding them, we can improve our energy flow to vital areas and help our physical and mental health.

Our attitude, emotions are associated with each finger. By holding each finger you can manage your emotions.

Finger Emotion

Thumb Worry

Index finger Fear

Middle finger Anger

Ring finger Sadness

Little finger Self Esteem

On the other hand excess of certain emotions also affects a particular organ of our body.

Joy Heart

Fear (Fright) Kidney

Grief (Anxiety) Lungs

Pensiveness Spleen

Anger Liver
