10 Yogasana for Reducing Belly Fats for Men


Here are 10 yoga poses (asanas) that can help men reduce belly fat:

Boat Pose (Navasana) - This pose helps in toning the abdominal muscles and reducing belly fat. Sit on the floor, bend your knees and lift your feet off the floor. Reach your arms forward alongside your legs, and hold this position for a few seconds.


Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana) - This pose strengthens the abdominal muscles and helps to reduce belly fat. Lie on your stomach, place your hands on the floor under your shoulders, and lift your chest off the floor while inhaling.


Bow Pose (Dhanurasana) - This pose stretches the entire body and helps in toning the abdominal muscles. Lie on your stomach, bend your knees and hold your ankles. Inhale and lift your chest and legs off the floor, forming a bow shape with your body.


Wind Relieving Pose (Pavanamuktasana) - This pose helps in digestion and reducing belly fat. Lie on your back, bend your knees and bring them towards your chest. Wrap your arms around your knees and hold for a few seconds.


Plank Pose (Phalakasana) - This pose strengthens the abdominal muscles and helps in reducing belly fat. Start on your hands and knees, lift your knees off the floor, and straighten your legs. Hold your body in a straight line from your head to your heels.
