What is the right time to do yoga?

We talk a lot about yoga but don't often discuss the best time to practice. But did you know that practice time has a great relationship with the effectiveness of yoga? Interesting, isn't it?

Also, have you always wondered why yoga programs are usually featured in the Morning Slots on TV? The reason for this is. Let's find out below.

When to practice yoga?

This day is divided into four parts in yoga. They are Brahma Muhurta, suryoday, madhyanh, and suryasta.

If you want to practice yoga as a means of enhancing your spiritual existence, then Brahma Muhurta is the perfect time to practice. But, if you only look at physical well-being, sunrise time or sunset time will do.

Lunch time is not recommended and your body needs at least 4 to 6 hours intervals to do yoga so that the meal will digest and spend energy. Also, you can sweat more in the afternoon because of the heat, which can cause your body to dehydrate.

So, ideally, Brahma Muhurta would be a great time for yoga, but instead of staying rigid, it is better to choose a time that is convenient for you. Most importantly get the best out of every yoga session and try different techniques to enhance your experience.

Empty seats can be practiced in the morning or evening, but be careful not to practice challenging seats that will give you energy before bedtime. It is best to practice all the postures in the morning to release your body and provide energy.

Pranayama can be done in the morning or evening, just like the asana, but it is best not to perform pranayama within two to four hours after meals. Pranayama is a very good way to provide energy for the body with the help of breathing.

You can practice meditation at any time of the day while you are not fleeing sleepy, not drinking alcohol or feeling hyper. Awakening and mindfulness are the best opportunities for meditation. To avoid feeling tired, wait two hours after a meal to meditate.

Yoga sleep can be practiced during the day, until you fall asleep immediately after a meal.

What is the most appropriate time to practice yoga?

Sunrise is the best time to practice yoga. Brahma Muhurta at 3:40 am is not a viable option for most of us. Therefore, according to experts, suryoday is ideal and practical.

Just like how you start your day with coffee or tea, start yoga as a morning practice. Breathing in the fresh air in the morning is ideal and helps you meet the challenges of the next day. One of the best of the morning yoga routines is that you get energized who cannot drink coffee or tea.

When poses activate you and make you flexible for the day, yogic breathing stimulates, cleanses, and energizes your mind. It keeps you fresh and youthful. Doing yoga in the morning will keep you balanced and calmly manage transportation, busy work schedules and household chores.

Once awake, it is best to empty your intestines, brush your teeth and practice. That way, you will be less likely to quit practicing or get bored with doing it later in the day

In the morning, when your muscles and joints are tight, yoga stretches and adds flexibility, thus helping you stay comfortable on your toes all day.

Practicing yoga early in the morning is a great way to refresh your mind and soul and prepare you for the day's challenges. It will eventually wake you up and embrace the vibrancy of the day.

Also, to prevent dehydration, the morning sweat is reduced.

Many benefits have been added to this, so it is surprising that many traditions consider the dawn as sacred.
